Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê (/eˈnɪg̃e/ /ˈmɘqe/ [fast; smart; intelligent; quick; swift] [graph; diagram]) is a temperate Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê was founded by Zlkdsê Tresmë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 14°C (57°F). Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê receives an average of 216 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1724 m (5656 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1252, by Zlkdsê Tresmë. The establishment of Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê is buildings are built arround a single premissive paverstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A look around Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes
Sëcën-mêqe Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
